    • Introduzione e benefici

      In questa learning unit, gli operatori, dopo aver individuato le cause di tali resistenze, apprenderanno le strategie per superarle. Avranno così la possibilità di:

      • utilizzare direttamente queste strategie con gli imprenditori delle PMI che appariranno resistenti o dubbiosi rispetto alla scelta di fare la trasformazione digitale;
      • suggerirle agli imprenditori delle PMI per superare le eventuali resistenze del personale.

      In sintesi, l’apprendimento proposto dalla learning unit aiuta gli operatori delle associazioni di PMI e dei Cluster a individuare e valutare le eventuali resistenze e ad agire per superare tali resistenze.
