The kit has been developed as a practical roadmap to guide the digital transformation of SMEs and entrepreneurs. It is structured around three core resources:

• Tutor’s Manual: Presents a methodology structured into five phases — from the initial diagnosis to the final evaluation — ensuring a consistent and high-impact service delivery.
• Enabling Technologies Guide: Focuses on the practical application of tools such as AI, IoT and Cybersecurity, demonstrating through success stories how innovation leads to tangible productivity gains.
• Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Provides a checklist for operational control of the different stages, along with a feedback form to assess satisfaction levels and the success of implementation within companies.
 

This set of tools aims to make digitalisation a sustainable, inclusive process oriented towards measurable results.
